“Heads up for anyone looking at the online menu in 2025 they haven’t updated it yet but the prices of things have increased significantly. I ordered what would have been a $35 using te online prices but with the actual prices it turned out to be nearly $65“

Had a waitress that actually remembered my mother my father from when we used to meet there with our youngest daughter. Waitress and I apologize I forgot your name, you were outstanding, caring, and bubbly. She's been a waitress there for 25 years. A lot of the wait staff and staff had tie dye shirts with a logo on the back. Those were cute. Had the steak and eggs, American fries, Texas toast, coffee. Everything was excellent. The wife had standard two eggs bacon and toast. They've had to recently upcharge $0.50 per egg, like a lot of restaurants are because of the new price increase with the bird flu. Still, excellent money for the value that we got. Plenty of portions. Will try to go back soon, hopefully not as long as 20 years. The decor is quaint with airplane memorabilia hanging from the ceilings the walls and posters. Don home folk down home food downhome good time down home great value.“

“Haven't been in a while. Pretty sure you changed the meat in your dip sandwiches. You should go back to the original meat you used this isn't near as good as it was the first several years.“

“Typically pretty hesitant to take four of our small children to a restaurant especially a nicer restaurant. They were extremely accommodating and very kind. They did not make us feel out of place or like we shouldn’t be there at all. Our server was amazing and beyond patient. The food was really good.“

I had broccoli and cheese soup. 1 of the best that I have tried in a long time... I ordered the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy.. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious. He had lake perch, which was crispy breading and not overcooked. He picked mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, which was really good 👍..... “My husband and I have lived in North Muskegon on Bear Lake all our lives and BLT was a staple for our families. However, had not been back for many years after bad experiences with new ownership. Now that’s it changed hands again we decided to try it. Service was phenomenal, food was great!! Planning on going back next week!!!“

“I’ve been to Rocket Pizza & Subs three times at this writing and I expect to order from them more often. The pizza is delicious and I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying it. I just moved to this area and the first night I moved in I was just calling around for someone who would deliver, and I had great service from them and a speedy delivery. The second order I picked the pizza up, as I did tonight. They make an excellent pizza and the garlic bread is fantastic! They also have a lot of items on their menu and I am looking forward to trying other menu items as well. Tonight when I called a gentleman answered and he seemed to be having a rough night, because he was quite rude and was having some difficulty understanding a straightforward order. But the pizza was wonderful and everyone has a bad day now and then.“

“We decided last minute to try The Lake House for dinner tonight. We didn’t make a reservation, yet we were seated at a table outdoors almost immediately. Sharon was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She quickly greeted us and got our drinks. Within minutes of ordering I got an alert on my phone of an incoming storm. That’s on us for not checking the weather and asked for our order to go. Sharon went above and beyond and somehow managed to find us a table indoors! Food was delicious and Sharon continued to check on us. 10/10 Food and service!“
