We've been dining at this establishment for about seven years and very much look forward to our visits. The food is some of the best in Harbor, Country, with very reasonable prices. The waitstaff has always been attentive, courteous and go out of their way to ensure a relaxed, casually-elegant experience. This is an absolutely amazing fine dining experience! Our waitress was outstanding in her service: attentive to our needs, very social, and quite the sales person. Our food was of the highest quality: seafood pasta and filet with garlic mashed potatoes with squash medley. The cocktails were wonderful, as well. We typically stop in during our annual summer vacation in UP.First of all, Frankies has done an excellent job in adapting to the requirements of COVID, with distanced/limited seating, mask requirements, paper menus, and additional sanitization.
