“We hired Sopranos for our intimate wedding reception. The venue was a historical building in which open flame is not allowed, so sternos were not able to be used. I was concerned about the food being hot when it was served. I am happy to report that Sopranos exceeded all expectations. The food was very good, hot, and the service was AMAZING! Several guests commented that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding! We will definitely be using them again in the future!“

I am the cake designer for Grand Mid-East Pastry Delight in troy and many of our customers order cakes/sweet tables and such and book their party at Pennas. The establishment is very clean, organized, beautifully decorated, chic and modern. There is multiple ball rooms and can host a party of any size up to 700 people. Whether your having a small gathering of 20 or a wedding of 700, Pennas can service no problem. The customer service you recieve during booking is very professional, detail oriented and will do their best to keep costs low for your event and thoroughly go over all your options. As a vendor, they are so nice to work with. Again everything is clean and organized, workers are all kind and helpful. As a guest at a party here, it's a beautiful time. From marble flooring to gorgeous setting arrangements, awesome food, the bar is beautiful, the tables and chairs and furniture is very modern and pretty. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. Overall, I cannot wait to work with the Forte Belanger team again and will definitely be recommending them to my future clients.“

“We ordered two cold charcuterie platters with assorted cheeses, cured meats, breads, chicken/pepper skewers and shrimp/mango skewers from Silver Shamrock to entertain houseguests. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our guests had different dietary requirements - gluten free, vegetarian, etc. - and there was something for everyone. We ordered the platters based on a headcount, and there was plenty of everything (my wife is pulling out leftovers for lunch today). The presentation of the food on the platters was lovely, and perfectly appropriate for setting out for a dinner party. Deb, the owner, is an amazing chef and a pleasure to work with. We are already making plans to order from Silver Shamrock again.“

“This is the best hummus I have ever had, and I've had a lot. I've even made it at home and its not as good! I've tried the plain, habenero, and roasted red pepper. The baked pita chips are delicious and crispy. I've also tried the Fatush salad and the veggie wrap. Worth every penny. But my absolute FAVORITE is her garlic dip. It goes on everything. Makes a great meal no matter the time of day you eat it. I prefer it for breakfast.Vegetarian options: All of the options available are vegetarian that I have seen.“
