My daughter has a lot of allergies including a big one for gluten so having some where like this in downtown Detroit to grab a delicious meal super important for my family ❤️

It was absolutely delightful how fresh everything was. The cream chicken bowl was wonderful, the chicken was tender and crispy on the outside. the salad was the freshest I've had in ages. The loaded Falafel was like nothing we've ever had, the Amba mango sauce is an absolute tasty surprise! “I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!“
