“The second we walked in we were greeted by very nice employees. The presentation of the food was gorgeous, and the establishment was extremely clean. They were really patient with us and explained all of their different menu options. My husband had the lettuce wrap and I had the braised beef bowl and both things were fantastic. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.“

“We had my sons birthday dinner/mini party there. From the time we walked in until we left we were treated like we were the only ones there. You can tell not only does the manager but the employees as well all care about each guest there matters. We did the simulator rental for an hour which they gratiously squeezed us in a slot last minute to ensure a great time for our son! Food was good and service was great! We are already planning our next trip there!“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!“
