“Came in before work today and was served by Michael. He was very helpful and had a great attitude! He was the only one keeping the store running. There was a mishap with someone’s order and everyone BUT Michael panicked. If he’s not a manager he should be immediately promoted.“

“Wow that's expensive for a sub. Sorry, yes they're very tasty. But never enough meat or cheese. Chintzy these days I guess I have to go with that. Yes very tasty ? bring back the subs from what it was when you first opened up your sub shop.

“I hadn't been to Jimmy John's until about r months ago. Now I go there every other week. I thought it was just another kind of subway, the food is way fresher here and it tastes so good. I get the hunters club with their jalapeño ranch sauce. Never had a better sub“

“Had the chance to visit here today and it was great. The store was clean, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was great too. The sandwich we ordered was the Firehouse hero. It was delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a great sandwich and service.

“I don't do fast food, circumstances, and the peeps I was with dictated the need. WELL THEN, who got schooled? I don't know about the rest, but I'd definitely visit this location again. A full parking lot and lobby is always a good barometer, this location had both!“

The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“

“Very good experience from Subway. It’s a bummer that you get most of the deals only through the app. We do get coupons every now and then but it would be nice to get coupons. However, I know this is not anything pertaining to this location or experience, but that being said, I miss the days of a five dollar foot long. if you know what I’m saying. I ended up getting the garlic roast beef 12 inch in my wife ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch. Both were actually very fresh. We both had them toasted very good experience.“
