This location is always clean and I have never not gotten exactly what I ordered. The women today were top tier! I will always come back to this location! “My last visit might have been my best visit to Jimmy Johns. I've always had good service but my last visit was especially great. It might have been the friendliest service I've received anywhere this year. Additionally, my sub was packed with ingredients. I could've easily eaten half of the sandwich and been full for hours, but I couldn't stop eating it.“

“Phenomenal staff!! The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“

“I hate to go into a restaurant close to closing time , I know people are ready to clean up and go home. Unfortunately I couldn’t get there until about 15 minutes to close, both employees were so nice! If it bothered them they didn’t show it. The food and service were great..“

“Very good experience from Subway. It’s a bummer that you get most of the deals only through the app. We do get coupons every now and then but it would be nice to get coupons. However, I know this is not anything pertaining to this location or experience, but that being said, I miss the days of a five dollar foot long. if you know what I’m saying. I ended up getting the garlic roast beef 12 inch in my wife ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch. Both were actually very fresh. We both had them toasted very good experience.“
