“The quality of the food is very good. One of the better Arby's branches in GR when it comes to that. The service and staff on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I've had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.“
“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the seasonal headbands and own flair. The food is good as always, please bring back steak nuggets! The dining area was clean an organized. The ladies room could use a coat/bag hook as there is no where to place it but on the floor. Rang the bell on the way out!“
