I always hate to give bad reviews because I've worked in the food service industry before and I feel horrible giving bad reviews but I'm just going to take it as they were probably super busy and probably having a bad day and stressed and I always try to remember that everyone always has other things going on in their life and things going on at home. Pretty reliable, good at getting coffee temperature right.Food is pretty good but not usually excellent - it is exactly correct, exactly as expected.Solid. Understand this is five stars for a donut shop, don't compare to five star steakhouse.
