Bad customer service. Always receiving missing items and very rude.
Drinks made wrong here. Every time. Even when I return it, it’s made wrong again. The small Brown sugar shaken, for instance, should have two shots. They only give you one.. That is wrong and that is stealing. For the refreshers they give you not enough pumps of what’s supposed to be in the drink. This location and the one down the street from them cheat their customers on purpose.
I get Dunkin every morning. This one is on my way to work. It used to be decent, but lately it’s been awful. Espresso drinks don’t taste right. When I brought it up to them, they didn’t really say anything. Next time I went they gave me a “latte” that was just iced coffee. I’m going out of my way from here on out. It isn’t worth my money.
