“You have to check your order before leaving. They get mixed up or something. Use drive thru. Inside takes forever. Only one cook. Ran out of fries. Had to wait until he finished cooking chicken so he could cook fries.

“Ordered takeout through the KFC app for the second time at this location. Food was ready on time, accurate and was good... Bucket of original recipe and sides. Restaurant was clean. The area for ordering and/or waiting for takeout is kind of cramped if more than a couple people are waiting.
The only thing negative unrelated to my personal experience was when I walked up to the counter the person behind the counter said they were all out of dark meat before I could say anything. This was about 5pm on a Tuesday, on which day they have a digital deal on a bucket of dark meat. I said I had placed an order for for that. The employee asked my name and handed me my order. I guess I got lucky before they ran out. On my way out, who I believe was a supervisor was on the phone telling someone they were almost all out of chicken and she had to call someone else. Not good! Don't know if that was a management (planning) or a delivery problem. Or if it is a reoccurring issue.“
“I love these people. I live two minutes away from vandkye location but I’ll drive out my way to get here mainly because they use white meat in the pot pie the other store manger told me himself that he use whatever meat he has leftover in the pot pie and taste gross 🤮
