Order 8 piece mixed meal. Older lady (possibly supervisor-dirty blonde) di not ask me if I wanted crispy or original. Gave me what she wanted.
Soggy original dark meat, very old and cold wedges. She spoke pleasantly but is shady as hell.
Check your order if you get her on 13 mile.
Bad service I ask for 3 chicken Littles give me a chicken sandwich I paid 11 dollars for my food but the food they gave me cost 9 dollars no refund and tried calling up there they hang up on me bad service im not going back there
We placed an order for white meat chicken and the guy at the counter said it would be 5 minutes. But later we were told that it was dark meat and it was gonna be a 16 minute wait. There was no way we were gonna wait 16 minutes and we got a refund. Another customer got her ordered messed up too. Then they was next to no Chicken at all. What a horrible experience and so we ended up going to Popeyes and they really saved the day.
