“My food was good and my order was right. The place is cramped up with limited space to move around. Not enough staff at time made things move slower. The bathroom needed tending to but someone handled that before I said anything they just needed time. Same thing with dinning room they just needed time to get to things.“

“Original. This is the OG of takeout chicken. Super consistent and tasty. KFC always hits the spot and this location is definitely dependable. Online orders are the way to go and they have random specials that are only available for online orders. I think my favorite thing was the free sandwich I got with my online order.“

“Shout out to Miss Dominique for fixing my online order for me! They were sold out of many items and I just happened to call cuz it was a late order and we got everything squared away. 😎 Give that lady check a bonus for amazing customer service.“

“Sat at the order menu for 5 minutes without anyone taking our order. Walked up to the window. No one there. Went indoors. They said there's a box on the ground that let's them know when someone is trying to order. They finally took our order and were very fast at filling it.“

“Ok. I really wanted to give 5 stars but a few things happened…. The price on the screen was different from the price I paid (they explained the price recently went up) and then they couldn’t give a receipt because the printer was broken (that’s stressful since I’ve been overcharged before). But, ordering here was quick and easy. The place is a *little* bit sketchy but fine, I didn’t feel unsafe. Overall, I’d come back again, but I’ll for sure try to know the menu better so I can maximize deals.“

“It's been awhile since I've been inside to eat. Food is always good at KFC! Sometimes you can't always get what you want, but that's everywhere really. And there are situations that arise where you have to use credit cards instead of cash too, but on this occasion it was later in the evening and I had to pick up and go, but it went well without any issues.“

“So this KFC was above average. Last time I went their the speed of service was phenomenal and quick. Their was hardly anyone in line and the staff was clear and precise towards you. They even cooked my white meat chicken breast fresh to order. It tasted like deep southern KFC joint down there. Overall really good experience ???“

“KFC has lost a great deal in translation. The staff was rude, the food was horrible and I got sick. We paid for a 12 piece family meal, which should have included white and dark meat. Instead they gave us all dark meat. There was so much grease we could have wrung the chicken out and fried chicken at home that would have tasted so much better. So, the moral of this rating is, never stop by the KFC on Gratiot and Mt. Elliott after church to get a meal when you don't feel like cooking. You'll probably be sorry and angry too!

“They gave me the wrong order but when I went back Wendy was very polite and helpful she not only replaced my meal to the right order she also went above and beyond and gave me a chocolate cake and up sized my meal remade everything fresh to order. Thanks Kfc I will be returning“

“I went to the drive-thru. I want to get a small Cole Slaw, service was quick and pleasant. I tried the new apple poppers I enjoyed them as much as the service. It's sad to say that getting good customer service is rare and I wanted to say that I appreciate the young woman who served me. Even though it was quick she was very pleasant“

“Every time I come here I'm greeted by this wonderful gentleman Jason he needs to be a manager somebody higher up he has the ability to really run this place he has very good respectful communication with each one of his your customers and I've always when I come here I hope to get him because he goes over and beyond for the service“

“Love how they're expanding their menu. Food was fresh and hot. Service was pretty quick especially given the line was long. Order was correct. Mashed potatoes need some flavor and a little more consistency to them. Prices were decent. Hadn't had in years, will definitely try again.“
