My original review was deleted, so I’m posting it again.
I ordered online because the app only let me order a thin crust pepperoni pizza and didn’t give me the option to request it well done. My order was already marked as ready, and I called immediately, but I waited 20 minutes on hold with no answer. The pizza was undercooked, and the garlic parmesan bread was tough, looked terrible, and barely had any garlic parmesan on it.

20 Minutes On Hold, No Answer!!! AND Horrible Food!!!!
I am very disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars. I placed my order online because the app only allowed me to order a thin crust pepperoni pizza, but it did not have an option to request that it be made well done or make another adjustment I wanted.
