Went through drive through ordering for someone else, and gave the person (John) the wrong order.
MY FAULT.
Came back by, and explained my mistake. The John helped me out by giving me the correct item, and cut me a break.
He didn't have to do that, so thanks again Arby's on Telegraph, and John.“
“Super nice but had me pull around to get my order and asked about sauce prior to bring out. Came and gave me my food at the door and went back inside. Had ordered sauce for the kids meal, ranch and marinara for cheese sticks and asked for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. They only gave me one thing or marinara and forgot the rest. Was too busy to drive back around and the door had been locked. But the male cashier was really nice!! A women ran out tye order and while polite, just quickly took off before I could ask her for the rest. Obviously not a huge deal and maybe they were busy, but I more thinking they trying to close up, which I understand as I worked at a bar until 2am for a long time. That said, it was prior to 9pm so fairly early. Overall I for the most part get great food and great service from this location. Perhaps just an off day ?“
“The staff was beyond polite. They were patient as my kids decided what they wanted. They suggested items sbdceven helped to carry our food to the table.
