“I ordered for the first time Wednesday, 1-10-24, from the new Waterford location. I got the lamb korma, some Naan, raita, and a mango Lassi (carryout). It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!“

Though the reason for the occasion was a somber one, the Game Room was perfect in atmosphere, size, amenities, and decor! Food was top notch, service superior with our 2 bartenders who kept dishes clear and beverages flowing. Erin, the manager was a jewel to work with! She answered questions and offered suggestions and took every phone call with grace and sincerity. “The Fed Community offered an amazing experience with excellent food and top-notch service, all in a relaxed yet elevated setting. The ambiance made it perfect for a quiet romantic dinner, making the evening even better. Everyone from the floor managers to the Chef checked in frequently on us, and Levi provided excellent service. On the food: everything had a great balance of flavors, textures, and presentation. We started off with bread service, all freshly baked, clam chowder soup and Spanish Octopus, followed by perfectly seared scallops. The Gnocchi Saltado also blew me away with the perfectly tender yet firm gnocchi and woodfire grilled tenderloin tips. For sweet endings we finished with a delicate Banofee Pie and the their Opera cake; kudos to their pastry Chef and team for these as well! We came for a quiet night out, and left with great memories! This was well worth the trip, and we'll be back soon. I apologize for not having any pictures, but I was too busy soaking it all in.“

“A great place to grab your favorite bar bites. We were in the neighborhood visiting friends and decided to try somewhere new to everyone.

They have lots of options on the menu and a variety of choices for children. We shared the beer cheese dip as an appetizer, and I had the steak tacos. I would recommend both. The onion rings are massive and everyone enjoyed them.

The atmosphere was nice and inviting. There were a few people sitting and enjoying their treats, but it wasn’t busy at all.

I tried the pineapple coconut smoothie frozen yogurt, which is both gluten-free and vegan. Unfortunately, it didn’t hit the mark for me—it was really sweet and lacked strong pineapple or coconut flavors. I ended up giving it to the kids. I was hoping it would be closer to the pineapple flavor they had before.

Even though that flavor wasn’t my favorite, I would still recommend Menchie’s! This location was friendlier than the last one I visited, they have a good selection, and lots of toppings to choose from. I also appreciate that they charge by weight, so you can get as much or as little as you want.“

“4.33/5 Always been curious about Alex's since I pass it each time I go to Pine Knob for a show. Finally decided to stop in for dinner on a Sunday night since the reviews are good. Made reservations in advance and found this wasn't necessary - we walked right in. Our server did an excellent job taking care of us. The southwest salad was a filling starter and perfect portion to split. I also loved my chicken sandwich with the boom boom sauce, but not a fan of the shoestring fries that came with them. Overall, fascinating place with options for everyone. My only other recommendation is to make sure you have a heavy sweater on because the downstairs area is freezing!!!“
