“We were in town for a conference and ended up here after the other sandwich shop was closed. Totally chose it based on reviews and proximity. We got 2 sandwiches and the white chicken chili. Wow. The sandwiches were great. My husband had the club sandwich, and loved it. I had the grilled ham and Swiss on rye, with garlic aioli. Both sandwiches were very good. Then we had the chili. Definitely the best I have ever had. If in Escanaba, check this place out. Loved that he also had keto options and soda with stevia. Would definitely eat here again!”

“I've always liked shopping at Meijer. They have a great meat department and generally I can find things here easily. The staff is usually very helpful and even the cart guys are polite. I have as of recently had some disappointing experiences in the produce department however. Bagged lettuce spoiled the day after purchase still in date, rotting center cantaloupe, berries are not fresh, (maybe just not put them out at all),lots of other wilted or not fresh items but the returns are quick and the management is quick to right any problems and check out is quick and easy. I would have given another star except the produce is disappointing. I recommend this grocer. Especially for hard to find items.”

“I give them 3/5 stars. For the most part, I judge a coffee shop based on how good their chai tea is (and trust me I’ve had some real bad chai before). I ordered a pumpkin chai here and it was so overly sweet I couldn’t even taste the chai and didn’t end up taking more than a few sips. Disappointed, I tried the donuts and found those to be incredibly sweet as well. Perhaps it’s just not my preference but my toddler wanted nothing to do with them either. Coffee was very hot. We had a 30 minute drive and my husband couldn’t enjoy it until we were on our way back an hour later. Good for long distance drivers/workers I suppose. On a positive note: good customer service, fair pricing, and convenient location. I think we will try again down the road.”

“Playing golf Island Resort. End of the day Casino had one restaurant open. Headed to to Escanaba and Ludington happened to 2nd choice other place closed. There were 11 of us hour before closing and the staff was great. Not to mention good food too. If your looking for solid meal make Ludington your 1st choice.”

“Grams was our first experience with pasties back in the summer of 2019, and my two teenagers and I tried the beef and rutabaga and fell in love! We went through the drive thru and took them to the beach and we all wished we had picked up more after we’d gone back to our VRBO. Every other place we’ve tried since then has been a disappointment! I wish they shipped frozen pasties!”
