“Aurora Italiana was an exquisite culinary oasis, luxuriously nestled in West Bloomfield.

Perhaps the most alluring element of this restaurant is the atmosphere. Upon entering, I felt transported to the kind of exclusive & elite restaurants found in New York or Beverley Hills. The lighting & mood was magnificent as a walked through the drapes of cherry blossom-like flowers and intriguing art. The staff was superior! They were hospitable, accommodating & knowledgeable!

Most important, the food was exceptional! I started my meal with the burrata, it was as fresh as that you would find in Alto Adige! The caesar salad was just what should be expected, crisp, flavorful & just the right balance of dressing, cheese & romaine. The filet mignon could be cut with a butter knife & was tender, flavorful & aged to perfection!

We will be sure to visit Aurora Italiana again very soon - MANGIA!“

About 30 min from DTW, pizza was amazing, we had the margherita, stuffed cheese bread, and aroncini. Everything was delicious and cooked fresh to order. “The food is so good!! Had dinner there tonight. The salmon is cooked perfect and great combination of the sweet tomatoes and red skin potatoes. Portions are more that generous. The service is prompt and friendly.“

“Okay, overall. Revisited this place after many years. So my review is based on my previous many visits here.

Food was good. But felt the minestrone soup kind of lacked the taste. Then the main course which had basil pesto mentioned in it however on the plate it was more of a topping. Felt it missed the generous amount usually they gave earlier. Also saw that they removed the pesto sauce from the "create your own pasta". Earlier the breads always arrived much before the soup did, but this time they came much later (not good). Also it used to be 5 in the basket but now we got only 3!!

Our waiter was fine. He was polite and courteous. We had a wait of about 10 mins and I observed that there were many booths free, perhaps less staff available today..

Vegetarian options: Eggplant parmigiana, minestrone soup, build your own pasta etc.“

“My workplace orders from here often and recently I placed an order that was delivered in a timely fashion, but I realized I didn’t order enough because I forgot we had out-of-town guests. “We had dinner at Tribu last weekend with another couple and it was one of the best dining experiences. Everything from the ambience, staff, customer service and all of their FOOD were exceptional!! The menu was a soft launch menu as it was their grand opening, but there were so many options that we ended up ordering multiple appetizers, entrees and all of the desserts! Everything was absolutely delicious. The duck wings, tagliatelle, and filet were so flavorful. Great food, great company and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!“
