“We don't have much middle eastern food where we live so when we visit our kids, we treat the whole house to a combo dinner from Kubba House. Always a treat!!

We try to get warm pita bread and garlic sauce at the bakery next door. Actually I think the tub of garlic sauce is cheaper at Kubba (at the counter) but definitely try to get the warm bakery pita bread at the store.“

Vegetarian options: The vegetable Stirfry is a hearty mea. It comes with a choice of rice, Vegetables or Delicious and succulent potato rounds. There are many other choices, including a falafel sandwich, hummus tabouli sandwich, and many more. There are a number of salad and soup choices as well.“

“Been getting take out from here for 10+ years. Excellent quality meat 🥩 and other items. Unbelievable hummous which comes with fresh warm pita. Try their combo for two or their lamb chops. The combo for two actually feeds 3-4...lentil soup is fabulous!!! Fatoosh salad 🥗 is superb.“

My ambulance partner and I ordered food for pickup over DoorDash and they were unfortunately out of my zucchini salad. They were quick to issue my refund and happy to get me a replacement on a separate bill. So I ordered the Tabbouleh instead, and im so happy I did. “I'm on a fixed income, so "fast food" is only an occasional treat for me. I found out about Shawarma Spot through a friend, and it has become my favorite little take-out restaurant. Their portions are quite generous, and you have several options for sauces and toppings. I order the Beef Shawarma, and at $8, I get two delicious meals for the price of one! (Admittedly, as a Senior, I have a small appetite.) Staff is always friendly, and they even put my "sauce on the side", so it still tastes fresh for my leftovers. I've frequently seen work crews there ordering Shawarma's multiple chicken wing deals. Give them a try!“

“I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“

I was looking for food in the area while I waited for my appointment nearby. Listen, I made a damn good choice and whomever made my bowl! Babyyyyy!! They did not disappoint!! It was the larger bowl w/ chicken thighs, basmati rice, double garlic sauce, veggies, picked red onions, and salad w/ feta! It was so good I forgot to take a picture. The different flavors, textures, and temperatures worked nicely together: The chicken/rice (warm), the picked red onions (cool), the veggies were a bit tart but in a good way. The salad/dressing were cool. This bowl was so good on my palate! Plus, it was such a healthy choice! 10/10“

“This is an excellent Mediterranean restaurant with fresh, flavorful food and great service. The complimentary bread basket with garlic dip is warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The lamb kebob and lamb chops are cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion sizes are generous, making the meal well worth the price, and I even had leftovers to take home.
