“We don't have much middle eastern food where we live so when we visit our kids, we treat the whole house to a combo dinner from Kubba House. Always a treat!!

We try to get warm pita bread and garlic sauce at the bakery next door. Actually I think the tub of garlic sauce is cheaper at Kubba (at the counter) but definitely try to get the warm bakery pita bread at the store.“

Vegetarian options: The vegetable Stirfry is a hearty mea. It comes with a choice of rice, Vegetables or Delicious and succulent potato rounds. There are many other choices, including a falafel sandwich, hummus tabouli sandwich, and many more. There are a number of salad and soup choices as well.“

“I’ve been getting takeout from Aloumara once a week for a few months now. Medium fattoush salad and chicken shawarma sandwich is my go to. Definitely ask for the dressing on the side because the portion is huge and I always have leftovers for the next day. Lettuce and dressing is always extremely fresh and whatever seasoning they put on top of the pita chips is so tasty!!

Everyone who works here is extremely nice and very efficient! I’ve never had to wait for my food when I call it in ahead of time.

Also two items for under $15, (plus a tip) in today’s economy!?!? That price can’t be beat for the speed of service, taste, quality and portion.“

“My son had Princess cater his grad party and it was excellent! Everyone was raving about the food and asked where we got it. Kenny was so helpful to setup my order and i had 2 servers for the day. “Another day, another lunch out in the D. ?
I was greeted quickly once inside. Parked my kiester in a booth and looked the menu over. Not huge but a pretty good selection.
Ordered the Shish Kafta from the lunch specials because they come with two sides. Lentil soup & a salad for me.
Be aware! Nowhere on the menu, nor did the server say a word about it, but there is a $1 upcharge for salads. There is a small sign at the display case, maybe 4" x 6", but you'll never notice unless you're looking and why would you be? Half the seating doesn't even look that direction.
The food was delicious, the dressing on the aforementioned salad has a nice hit of lime in it. Very tasty.
The meat was well-seasoned and juicy, the vegetables lightly grilled, i.e., still crunchy.
When I mentioned the upcharge to the lady, she reached over the counter to point at the sign. I suggested they put it on the menus so customers can actually see it. New menus are supposed to be coming soon.“

“Hands down the best food in the Area. Shesh Besh does not compromise on quality or portions at all and you will always leave satisfied. I’ve been going here for years and have never once had a bad experience. Every other Arabic restaurant pales in comparison to the quality offered here. “I work EMS and getting delicious food fast is always a struggle. This place was quick, delicious, and absolutely stunning inside. My ambulance partner and I ordered food for pickup over DoorDash and they were unfortunately out of my zucchini salad. They were quick to issue my refund and happy to get me a replacement on a separate bill. So I ordered the Tabbouleh instead, and im so happy I did. The boxes were packed neat, the food was mouthwatering! My partner had never had Mediterranean food and she ate her build your own bowl complimenting every flavor she got in every bite! Definitely going back!“

“I did a meal train order for a friend. I called with so many questions, but they were patient with me and answered all of my questions. I placed a same day Catering order. Not only did they say "yes" to the order but they also cooked everything just before pick up for maximum freshness and so it was hot. They helped me bring to the car and they checked for every item before I left. That food was SO SO GOOD!! My friend and her family asked for the location so they can order again. Thank you all so much for the amazing service and amazing food!
