“This was my first time to this location, and my first time to Capt'n Nemo's in many years. I grew up eating at the downtown Romulus location and this location kept that nostalgic feeling. The subs were delicious. I saw many reviews stating about the size of these subs and I feel as though they are plenty large enough. We will be back again.“

Nothing stands out really. That would make it a place that I would not, is it again?
Nor did it stand out to being a place that I would recommend everyone. Try so for a fast food restaurant. It's One more hourly frequent again.“

“Just went to get 2 large orders of potato cakes which I hope they put back on the menu permanently. I used to visit Arby's at least once a week and when they took the potato cakes away I've been there maybe 6 times in all those years. Anyway they were made fresh and were AMAZING! The gentleman that took care of me was probably the best customer service I've had in fast food in YEARS!! Wish I could remember his name so I could give him a shout out.“

“My experience was good cashier was awesome there was a problem with food it wasn't made how I asked and I had to pay extra for add on I got to my destination and food was wrong I called back and got yelled at told I didn't order from that location although I was holding receipt in my hand after she stop yelling and started listening problem resolved I understand being busy but customer service from the manager is horrible I pride myself on treating people how I like to be treated and I felt as if I were 2yrs old getting scolded for ordering my food how I like it and paying for it“

“Food was great, and the service was even better. They had a huge catering order ahead of mine and said it will be a bit before my food was ready. I agreed and they gave me a free drink for my trouble. And…it didn’t even take that long. Awesome service. Highly recommend!“
