“Visited 11-19-24. Had the pollo loco plate. It looks very simple, but it has great taste. The rice had good flavor and texture, but the beans tasted a little sour. The plate don’t come with tortillas, but I ate it with tortilla chips. The dipping sauce is really good.“

“The guy who was at the drive-thru was very nice! He saw that I was hesitating in ordering and asked me what I was looking for and then made suggestions. I even asked him if he thought one burrito was enough and he gave me his advice! He was very engaging at the window. I liked him so much that I tipped him. I was traveling from out of town. The only issue I had was there was some sort of oil on the burritos I ordered. I ate the first one and it gave me diarrhea. The second one I didn't eat until I was home and I pulled off the greasy part of the burrito and there was no problem after I ate it. I just didn't understand why there was this greasy stuff on both burritos. I did like the burritos though! I just thought the customer service was more than I expected! Thank you for making suggestions!Vegetarian options: I was able to order with onions lettuce tomato and beans.Dietary restrictions: I don't want dairy and they were able to allow for that and made suggestions in terms of sauces that were not dairy.“
