“I can't find anything negative to say about this place. Franchise or not, the food was amazing, fresh, and ready almost immediately. The staff was friendly and fun to banter with! I walked in at 12 sharp and was pleasantly surprised by every person standing to the national anthem on all TVs; turns out they do it every day at 12 across all locations, I thought that was wholesome.“

“Yesterday was our Anniversary and so we went to Prime BBQ Smokehouse again for dinner. Their food is so Great and the service is just Awesome!!! If you haven't been there yet we totally recommend you go - the food and service will not disappoint.“

“We had my sons graduation party catered and we received so many compliments. Everything start to finish was easy and so delicious. It was hands down the best catering experience we have ever had. The food was amazing and even some families will be contacting you for their parties. We will continue to have all your patties catered by you. “I can't say anything bad about this place we stumbled across it as we was heading into another establishment to eat and boy am I glad we did it was absolutely amazing the brisket was amazing! I feel like the small fatty pieces gave it extra amazing flavor it didn't taste like roast beef the Mac and cheese was amazing along with the potato casserole I would definitely eat there again! It's a bit pricey for 3 to eat but definitely worth it“

“bad Granny's has good gluten free options for my wife and good BBQ for me. the smoked chicken is VERY good. I'm not normally a chicken guy when it comes to my BBQ, but this stuff competes with brisket and comes out on top here only ever ate in, so not sure what the other review has going on with the carry out“

“Jay was awesome they were so so so so so so so busy and it looked like they were quite short-handed and he was answering phones like a madman and also taking care of the counter at the same time and he was just so pleasant and wonderful to deal with the guy definitely needs a raise thank you so much Jay you rock!!?? “

“My Bone In Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Decent prices what you would expect for a Chain Steakhouse. Loaded baked potato was delicious and so was the cheesecake dessert. This place like others in the area was Packed 45min to 90min wait. USE the app or website to grt on the list ahead of time and "check-in" when you arrive.“
