Maybe the dough had a longer hold time in the fridge? It is absolutely the best pizza I have had in decades. That is not an exaggeration. Perfectly cooked. I ordered light sauce and that was exactly right (light, not non existant or normal). The toppings were perfectly spread. The cheese was perfect. The delivery driver was friendly and professional.“
