“Came in tonight for a girls Christmas party. Our waitress did amazing with so many women coming in at different times. She was attentive and made sure our drinks never went dry. She had just came back from a leave and with a new system, and a system error, she never acted stressed. I’m so happy we had our party at @sneakys again this year.“

“Anybody reading this, my mamaw was the barmaid there beginning in the 60s. Annie Ruth Ladd. They also lived above the bar for some time. My mother told me that she vividly remembers looking out the window and seeing the National guard going down Jefferson into Detroit. At that time, she was 9 years old. My mother grew up to work in the bar. Her name is Roseann or Rosie. I spent lots of my youth there, playing quarter machines. Rosie Also worked Square Deal. Y'all probably knew my papaw too his name was Jim Ray Boatwright and he was known in River Rouge as being one of the Town drunks lol God rest his soulCan't wait to stop in and reminisce!Also, if anybody knew my family or can share stories, please let me know. “I've been here several times as a guest and always enjoyed it and loved all the tradition this organization has. Everyone is friendly and the entertainment is always top notch. I love the beautiful waterfront view here at the point where the Detroit River opens into Lake Erie. This club is connected to an island that is connected to an island that is connected to an island. “Morgan is amazing! I came in after a Buckcherry concert, Morgan was bartending and was very attentive. She gave great service and has been very attentive. I would recommend seeing Morgan anytime at Dotte pub! Morgan is so amazing she pulled a charger out as my phone was dying so I can charge it back up! I will come back to see Morgan again just for her exceptional customer service.“

“If you live in Wyandotte, the Oak is the one of the best places to go for an excellent variety of craft beer both on tap and in bottles. For those in the back of the room, this bar is cash only. Literally, cash only. They do have an ATM inside. Their food menu is amazing and they have a variety of different appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and desserts. If you are a Jeep owner, they have a rubber duck machine. Can’t say enough great things about this place! If you like craft beer, this is the place to be!“

“Ive been here a few times to delivery throne chairs and marquee numbers for a party there event space is huge and they’ve made some updates to the flooring. The space can hold a lot of people and every party I’ve delivered to here seem to be a good party and have a nice turn out.“

“I Love this bar it is a great bar it just recently opened up again I'm excited for every weekend. Open mic on Fridays there's also stand-up comedy the bar is really coming together everybody should come down and have a great time with us. I consider myself as family with the bar because I live right next door and I'm there all the time and they're very kind and courteous to their customers. And it's a place of dancing pool games old school jukebox and great times..... Stay tuned more is coming“

The new owner, Pat, and his entire team were absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in to the warm handshake and genuine “thanks for coming by” on the way out, my family felt like we were visiting an old friend’s home for dinner rather than a restaurant.

The pizza was SPECTACULAR, and the antipasto salad could easily feed eight people. Portions were generous, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the pricing was more than fair.

I 100 percent recommend giving this new old gem on Grosse Ile a try. We will definitely be back.“
