Baby this is my first time and let me tell you so so good! My heart and stomach are definitely smiling. The fried turkey chops are so seasoned and tender. Everything was excellent and worth the wait.
We went here due to the rave reviews posted on different sites. But it seems Michigan’s soul food taste is not southern. I prefer real down south southern flavors. The baked beans were great. The catfish was very good. The green beans and collard greens were very bad. The spice used in these was very overpowering, kinda tasted like coriander or nutmeg… something that didnt taste good.
