“I’d give more stars if I could. First of all and most importantly the ice cream is absolutely delish! Cherry bomb was on point! The customer service was even better! We were in the area and don’t frequent it often and were looking for a quick stop for ice cream and got here 15 mins after they closed, they still took our order and they took it with a smile. Will definitely come back and try more! Great place for a sweet treat!“

“The best place for a college student to get reasonably priced and tasty food! Their 5 dollar calzones are locally famous, the size of my forearm, and absolutely worth their extremely fair price. The gelato here is also delicious and varied! They also sell a variety of drinks and other classic Italian imports. Sooo worth a visit!“

“I stopped by Menchie’s on a whim and decided to try their Açaí Bowl with frozen yogurt — and wow, I’m so glad I did! The combo of the rich, fruity açaí base with the creamy froyo was out of this world. It was the perfect balance of refreshing and indulgent.\n\nThe toppings made it even better — fresh strawberries, bananas, blueberries, crunchy granola, and a touch of honey for sweetness. The froyo added a cool, creamy twist that made the whole thing taste like a tropical dessert, but still felt light and energizing.\n\nThis is definitely my new go-to summer treat. Menchie’s nailed it with this one!“

“We showed up with about 30 people and the owner was working solo! Due to construction on the street she was not prepared for the flow of foot traffic, however she served us all with urgency and delight. She truly loves what she does! The cinnamon sugar chimney was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend. The atmosphere is also delightful!“
“We had Ben & Jerry's Ann Arbor cater the dessert for our wedding and it was the greatest decision ever. I think it'll be something that will be talked about for years to come. Matthew was so easy to work with, arrived on time, worked well with my coordinator to get set up in the right location, and everyone enjoyed themselves! I highly recommend working with them for any event you need some ice cream at!“

“Staff has been rude every time we have been here. We ordered 2 small mint brownie blizzards, a pineapple sundae and snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. They barely even mixed it and I didn't know it was green dye/syrup squirted in the blizzard until they handed us our order and the dye was squirted on top.“

“Ordered a mocha latte. They called a mocha and when I asked if it was a mocha latte she said it’s a mocha. Then after awhile of waiting they asked what I had and I said a mocha latte. She was kind of rude about it. Sorry I don’t know coffee lingo but she could’ve easily said yeah it’s a Mocha latte. Especially since the menu has one drink called latte and one called mocha. Food is good tho and I like the vibe of the place“

“They have the best best boba tea!! I got a Good Mood Boba tea!! Thank you for allowing us to hang out in the lobby and did my Bible studies with my brothers and sisters from church. A very very good spot to hang out and Oh my goodness their cookings smells very very good, I gotta try out their food and desserts as well next time! Definitely recommend this location for anyone to get some boba drinks and delicious desserts!! Can’t wait to come again ❤️🙏🏽“

“I enjoyed visiting this location however for some reason they do not accept Apple pay which to me is a deal-breaker especially when it comes to patronizing a business. Hopefully they end up supporting Apple pay in the future because I would love to stop by again. Other than that, the staff was super amazing and very helpful and friendly!!“
