Went in the other night to get a blt. The lady was on her phone taking a call. Didn’t even say hi. Just gave me the please hold finger. Then when she took my order she put it in as a vegetable delight with extra bacon (I never asked for extra bacon) so my total was almost double. I used to come here all the time. The old staff was amazing, but I have not seen them in a while now.
Super stale bread. And $3 more expensive than my normal Subway on Whittaker. Gross.
I understand when your new and you tend to make mistakes, but there are two new people that made all the mistakes tonight.. I asked for a salad bowl I got half of a bowl of food I had to ask for more..with large pieces of ham and cheese not cut up to salad worthy. Also I did not get silverware or salad dressing such humongous big deal I couldn’t eat!! Until I got everything together.. Subway offers a friendly and efficient dining experience. The staff are amazing and attentive, and the restaurant is well-maintained. The menu caters to various dietary needs, providing fantastic vegetarian options and easy-to-find items for gluten allergies. This subway being in a plaza causes some unwanted traffic, but the workers go above and beyond to make customers feel protected and safe. They are happy to do something about complaints, and their modest character makes this a community. The food is SOOOOO GOOD and perfectly made, with nailed ratios of sauce to meat to veggie. There are only four tables due to the smaller store, but parking is easy to find.
