“I LOVE this place. As a public servant, I often eat here as it is right down the road from Joe's. They are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS accommodate if I want to try something unusual (although I usually order the chicken Schwarma extra sauce....can't go wrong!!) and once a couple years back I had paid for my food and got called out for an emergency & someone came running out to the parking lot and vaulted my Schwarma through my ambulance window. “First time here today for TAKE OUT and I will say it was a great experience. Easy parking lot to navigate, perfectly packaged food with all the condiments you could want. The waiter was so friendly! I had the mushroom/feta omelette (came with wheat toast AND it was packaged so nicely it was still REAL toast when I got home 😍) and blueberry pancakes! 10/10 Added a slice of strawberry cheesecake from their dessert case (I’m easily convinced 😅) 10/10! “Lucky Garden has been a staple in Ypsilanti. Sometimes over looked because it’s north of EMU campus. The best Chinese food in Ypsilanti and with the new ownership it’s somehow gotten even better. Some of my favorites are Hunan Chicken, Beef Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons, and the Won Ton Soup is great.“

“I stopped in for an evening snack and cold beverage. The beer was served in a frosted mug. So good. I ordered the Shrimp and cheese appetizer. It was piping hot and came with sauteed onions and green peppers. Since I sat at the bar, I was also treated to complimentary tortilla chips and salsa. The price was reasonable and staff excellent. I will certainly be back.“

“I might just have a new favorite taco spot in Ypsi. If you're looking for an unassuming restaurant that provides killer food at a reasonable price - look no further!

I've been to Taqueria La Marqueza a few times now and each time has left me wanting to go back immediately. The food is spectacular, and the staff is super friendly; they were really helpful in trying to understand the best options.

My personal recommendation: get the Chorizo! It's fantastically seasoned, and truly leaves you wanting to eat about 7 metric tons of it. It's great in the tacos, and their burrito is an excellent value as well. If you're doing a takeout order, my pro-tip is to get some tacos and order a burrito for lunch the next day!

The restaurant's red & green salsas are both excellent -- make sure to grab some extra because you'll probably want to drink it with a straw.

“I stopped into this Applebee's earlier tonight, and had a great experience. I had to charge my Tesla at the SuperCharger station across the parking lot, and decided to stop in for a bite since I had an hour to kill. The Bartender was great, drinks were good, food was good. I decided to go see a movie nearby after, and rushed out. I got halfway across the parking lot and realized I left my to go order, as soon as I turned around one of the managers was walking towards me with it, in the cold. Thank you so much! You made my night!“

“Stopped in on a Friday night. It was busy but there was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.

You either order from the bar, or they had QR codes to order from your table. After submitting a order from the table, one of the staff brought our beers within a couple of minutes.

They don't do flights, but do offer taster size beers if you want to create your own version of a flight. Rainbow IPA and Space Witch were very good.

Kitchen took about an hour to get us our food, so if it's busy and you're in a hurry, don't expect your food to arrive quickly. The burger I had was good however.
