“🌸 A Fresh Favorite in Maple Grove! 🌸 We had such a wonderful experience today at The Lotus Restaurant in Maple Grove! As a longtime fan of their classic lime aid, it was an easy “yes” to order it again—and as always, it hit the spot. This time I tried the combo salad with beef and peanut sauce, and I was blown away. The team accommodated my request effortlessly, and the dish was both flavorful and generous in portion. I even took half home, and I’ve got to say—it was just as delicious cold as it was warm. I’m definitely ordering it again. Actually, I might be hooked! My husband went for the egg roll salad, which he absolutely loved, and my son had the yellow curried beef, which got two enthusiastic thumbs up. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by Macey, who made sure everything was perfect. She checked in on us just the right amount and made us feel truly welcome. The whole atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed—lots of happy diners, a bright and inviting space, and a vibe that’s perfect for both a family outing and date night alike. If you haven’t been yet, treat yourself. This place is doing it right.“

“I tried Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ (Vietnamese Fried Chicken Platter). The portion is quite big, consisting of a good amount of rice, a sizable chicken thigh, and a small bowl of soup. The fried chicken is okay, but the skin is not as crispy as I like. The rice is normal fried rice, not the type of rice I'm used to eating in this dish. The area in this strip was quite sketchy the day I visited (Sunday Lunchtime).“

“I've been here a couple times, both early lunch and late dinner. I've had both the Pho and Bun Bo hue. I love their broth for the Pho its honestly the best out of the other local Pho restaurants in terms of flavor. BBH was okay. It didn't like their broth as much but it was loaded with lots of meats. The service is really good, I appreciate there were checking on us with refill water and if the food was to our liking. Very kind people. 2 things I think they could improve on is the cleanliness of the store like the condiments thats out and secondly is their pricing is just a bit expensive (but still comparable to local restaurants .) Overall I would recommend this place for its flavorful broth and great service.“

“If you're craving bold flavors and comforting Asian classics, Bamboo Village is the place to go. This local gem delivers both quality and variety, with standout dishes that keep you coming back.
First off, the Orange Chicken is a must-try perfectly crispy on the outside with a zesty, tangy-sweet sauce that clings to every bite. It’s a crowd-pleaser, especially if you like a bit of sweetness balanced with that signature citrus kick.
For something with a bolder, savory profile, the Szechuan Grilled Pork is phenomenal. It's tender, smoky, and has just the right amount of heat to wake up your taste buds without overpowering the dish. The char on the pork brings a delicious depth of flavor that sets it apart from standard takeout fare.
Vegetarians and lighter eaters will appreciate the Vegetable Chicken, which features lean, tender chicken tossed with fresh, stir-fried vegetables in a light, flavorful sauce. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something hearty yet wholesome.
Don’t leave without trying the House Fried Rice it’s packed with flavor, not greasy, and generously loaded with vegetables, egg, and your choice of protein. It pairs perfectly with any of the entrées or stands strong on its own.
And finally, the Viet Egg Rolls are a crispy, golden delight served fresh and piping hot, with a flavorful filling and a dipping sauce that complements them beautifully.
Friendly service, generous portions, and consistently delicious food make Bamboo Village a standout in the area. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this spot delivers on taste every time.“
