“I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time.
The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!“

“This is by far my favorite Caribou location! I frequently go out of my way for this spot because my drink is always made with consistency and love. It’s honestly hard to see some of the negative reviews. I’ve always had a positive experience with all of the employees I’ve interacted with here. The staff are friendly and observant. Thanks for the amazing service!“

“This is by far the nicest Bruegger's I have ever been to! The store is clean; the food is always fresh and NEVER have to wait to long for my food. BUT the employees are the BEST! Best part of my morning is talking with the staff! Nice work Bruegger's on Cliff! Keep rockin it!“

“The food has always been delicious, and I noticed they've significantly stepped their game up in terms of service.
A year ago if I wanted a sandwich I would place an order, wait 30 minutes and then leave the house, and still usually end up waiting in the store for 15 minutes or so, but every time I've placed an order in-store or otherwise recently; it's ready within a few minutes.
I really appreciate their effort to improve; it's noticed and appreciated, and it makes me way more comfortable fitting them in during a busy day.“
