Chipotle Mexican Grill in Blaine

“EDIT: I tried this location again (1 week later) after the restaurant responded stating they could improve, and they did! This time the steak was not chewy or fatty, and the chips were salty. Somebody actually listened to the review and made an immediate improvement. I will be making this my “home” location while I live here.

Pretty solid, but have had better at other locations. Recently moved to Blaine - Good enough to return if I don’t find another location within the same distance from me, but I’m going to search for another.

I always get steak and it’s super hit or miss depending on the location. Some cut off all the fat and overcook, some don’t. This location was a bit fatty and chewy, but not so bad I won’t return. Guac was good, chips lacked salt. Bowl was nice and full, adequate amount of rice, steak, and additional add ins. Staff were nice.“

“Food is good as always but for some odd reason today was non verbal customer service. I'm sure it had something to do with the horrible weather outside so can't fault the workers, just note to anyone, if you decide to work in the summer service industry, try to do your best and give grace to all of your customers no matter to situation.“

“Honestly I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Their food is fresh, staff efficient, shout out to the manager who is very involved and knows how to run a restaurant. This is one of the few chipotle locations we can go to and trust its consistency, quality and taste. Oh and rarely have we ever had to wait long for food.“
