I always have issues with this location. They consistently underfill bowls and are unwilling to add more, even when asked politely. On top of that, I’m constantly charged extra for additional rice, something that has never happened to me at any other Chipotle location, even in other states.

Honey chicken is good, many people working there and nobody cleans the counters, takes out the trash, or cleans the floor. Also worker making the burrito had a cough and displayed unsanitary behavior.

Both the drive-thru and walk-in options are busy, indicating its popularity, although the parking lot design can cause problems, making it slow to exit. Some customers have found the brisket to be too sweet, which doesn't go well with the rest of the fixin's. Overall, the restaurant is very well run and offers good food and service, despite some areas needing attention.
