“I continue to go out of my way to visit this Chipotle location even with two other locations within 5 minutes of me — because this one is consistently an A+ experience every single time. The store is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team genuinely seems happy to be there.

I had the chance to speak with Crystal, the GM, along with Juan (and others I didn't get the names of) on the line, and both were incredibly pleasant, professional, and inviting. What really stood out to me was seeing Crystal actively sweeping and helping maintain the restaurant herself — that level of leadership, commitment, and pride says a lot about the culture she’s built there.

I also learned Crystal has been with Chipotle for many years, and it absolutely shows. You can tell she’s passionate about creating an environment that feels cared for like it’s her own home. That kind of dedication is rare these days and deserves recognition.

Warm greetings, great energy, a spotless restaurant, and consistently solid food/service keep me coming back, even with a 15-minute drive. Well done to the entire team — keep up the amazing work! 🤩“

“On June 10th, my daughter and her best friend placed a catering order for 65 people with the manager at the Hennepin Town Road location on for pickup on Saturday. This was for their graduation party. When I arrived on June 13th, 30 minutes before the party, no one at the store knew about the order, and the manager was unreachable and not in store. Fortunately, with help from a young staffer at this store, the Technology Drive location was able to fulfill the order on short notice and saved the girls’ graduation party. These guys stepped it up on the fly! I would love for them to receive recognition, but only for the obvious (food), but also the incredible customer service, when we thought that all would be lost. We will be forever grateful for the Technology Drive location for saving the girls’ grad party!“
