Came in the other day and thought I had stumbled into a 21+ dance club with the gangster rap blaring in the back. Probably not the best business model to be playing crap that's constantly dropping N bombs, dude talking about his male genitalia, and murdering people. And that's just the lyrics I picked up on while trying to order. I felt embarrassed for other customers who had kids. I would've just walked the hell out if I was them.
Service seems to be getting worse....and I sat at the register for a good few minutes which backed up the line as employees just kept coming and going. One person on the line doing everything. Do you guys really not have a system of helping each other out? Is one person confined to cash and if they're MIA, you just let customers sit there lol?“
