Not typically a ‘write a review’ kind of person, but this location has been terrible for a long time. The staff is all high school aged, and while that’s not a bad thing in and of itself, there’s a clear lack of leadership. Most employees are lackadaisical- little to no urgency rather there’s 10 people in line or just you. This Chipotle - this one does it right. I've ordered a lot from various locations and this one very VERY rarely gets it wrong.
P.S. if you happen to work at a large business nearby I highly recommend utilizing this location for catering delivery orders

Okay, not sure where to start here. I picked up my online order (sofritas, extra white rice, extra black beans, red hot salsa). I know it is a lame basic order. Anyways, I did the stupid thing of not checking my order before going home. I then open it and it is rice, beans, sauce, and fajitas (no protein) which, whatever, it could be worse, slightly wrong orders happen.
