“Tonight was my first time eating at this Eagan location. I’ve never had a better Chipotle experience. All the employees were working hard to crank out both the online and in-person orders, they showed good customer service, and they didn’t skimp on portions. Shout out to the crew working the evening shift on 12/8. They deserve recognition! I’ll probably make the drive down from St Paul more often now.“
“Food is good, service also good, but the customers I've seen all need help mentally. How do you get in line to order, get all the way to the end to pay then start asking for things you should have asked for at the beginning? You're holding up the line with all these extra requests at the register and causing everyone else's food to get cold. I know chipotle say you can get almost a lot of anything but there's no need to get extra side cups when you're about to pay, get it all as you move with the line. Someone asked for vinegar when paying and I see that at the front of the line, same thing with tortillas“
