I ordered the medium assorted meat combo. This is what I got: 4 inedible pieces of cartilage and two small bites of tough meat that is only good for getting stuck in your teeth. Jollof rice was okay but now I’m stuck with how to eat it all with NO MEAT.
Ever since I’ve tried fufu and egusi soup, I’ve become addicted! I’ve also done some research on egusi itself, and it has so many nutritional benefits ranging from protein, magnesium, vitamins, calcium, fiber, and so much more.
