“Seriously someone needs to manage place. Came in today, receipts on the floor straws and trash on the ground around drink station. Almost half the tables have left over food. The food order was wrong and to top it off there messy when making the food. Mexican pizzas don't come with lettuce, yet half the pizza has it. Why remodel this place to look good but let the inside go to s#&t. Go to the other taco bell up 65 in Blaine if you can skip this one.“
“I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since they opened. Tonight was one of those nights I felt like I HAD to leave a review. My friends & I have been out celebrating a friend all day & we didn’t take care of ourselves drinking and got a little too over the top from the lack of food. We pulled up to Taco Bell 4 min till close. Something we would never do as we are service workers and know it’s ’annoying“ but we NEEDED this. Heather took our order, treated us with respect, had a conversation with us, and dealt with us adding more after we paid. She is an exemplary person and was happy to make sure we get fed. Something we really appreciate! Heather my friends and I would love to say thank you to you and your team again! We will definitely be back!“
“Have not been here in a long while. I started at home looking at menu. Kudos, kudos for the great nutritional info on each item. We have sodium restrictions. We were able to order great food. I went in to order as more comfortable doing that. A wonderful young man took my order. Kudos for such great employees. Order # 242 and will be back. Thank you for caring about your customers by doing nutritional info. Wish other fast food places cared as much as yours

“You have to order pretty much even kiosks here. Sometimes there may be someone to take your order at the pickup table but it seemed to be infrequent when we were there as there were only 3 staff we could see filling orders in the back. It is a smaller taco bell so has only so many seating options. They had a power outage when we were there so got a little backed up / behind as systems came back up, etc. They managed to get everything back and get our orders out but it was hard to catch anyone in all the rush to get back on track. So unusual experience but we have had great service in the drive through before too.“
