ORIGINAL: Drive thru is ALWAYS backed up because they use an AI ROBOT to take orders. It’s extremely inefficient because it can’t even understand simple things like “add a side of nacho sauce.” Just ASK to be connected to a team member and you’ll be able to complete your order in a quarter of the time that the robot will take. It also asks so many unnecessary questions like donations, adding extra items, etc. I absolutely hate this ordering system.“
“Yesterday I went through the drive thru and didn't recieve my credit card back. Today when I checked my account there was a second charge on my card. My assumption is that the drive thru person probably got confused and thought my card was thier and didn't know how to reverse the charge.
Fast forward today, the manager Adriana got my card out of the safe, and even though she couldn't reverse the charge offered to do anything she could to make the situation right. She was very pleasant and I thankful for her resolving the situation very quickly.“

Is it authentic? No. Is it honest? Absolutely. Taco Bell shows up exactly as advertised and never pretends to be something it’s not. Five stars for reliability, audacity, and being there for me when nicer places had already closed. Would return without hesitation or shame.“
