Taco Bell in Rochester

“My mom and sister and I came in tonight to grab some quick dinner. Our order from the kiosk didn’t go through to the kitchen for some reason and the staff looked on their end and didn’t see anything. Jeremy came out and helped us and insisted on taking our order in person. He was very apologetic and kind. My mom wanted to try something new but wasn’t sure if she would like it. Jeremy took the time to explain all the ingredients and options for substitutions/add-ons, etc. He didn’t act impatient or anything witch often happens in fast food settings, in my opinion. Jeremy brought out our food for us and even checked in on us to make sure everything was right.

“this place was amazing! Went through the drive-through had a beautiful customer service experience even though they were out of two items, they were very nice about it. We go up to the window. We’re having a great time. They’re having a great time. They hand us the food. The food is the best Taco Bell we’ve genuinely ever had. Had a crunch wrap and a Doritos Locos tacos just like ads. Have not tasted anything like this ever before. Was very impressed. Everything was amazing.“

Let me tell you… the carne was seasoned with what I can only assume is ancient Taco Bell magia. The queso flowed like a fluorescent río of destiny. The tortilla? Soft. Flexible. Philosophical.
I sat there thinking about my abuelita… if my abuelita worked corporate test kitchens and engineered Dorito-based architecture.
Is it authentic?
Sí. Authentic Taco Bell.
You don’t come here for subtlety. You come here for chaos wrapped in a tortilla. You come here for “just one taco” that turns into cinco.
