Horrible food and service at Niagara Falls Canada location!!!!
We went to Benihana at the MOA. Please was clean and inviting atmosphere. We were seated the server came up explained the menu. She took drink orders. We told her it was 2 people’s birthdays she said okay we will sing later. We do see them sign at another table and do ice cream with whip cream and toppings. WARNING!!! 20% UNDISCLOSED "SERVICE FEE" ON YOUR BILL.
They charge an undisclosed 20% "SERVICE FEE" (which I didn't see till I asked for a final receipt as what they had my put my card into and TIP AGAIN didn't itemize the bill. So when the server handed me the little electronic device and said "would you like to tip your servers" I tipped - not knowing the "SERVICE FEE" was already added.
