Wade met with us to go over our meal plan and had samples for us to try of the food we were interested in having at our reception dinner. Wade was willing to work with our dietary needs of having a gluten and dairy free option. He even provided GF and DF rolls for us! “I attended a 1920’s party at the Metropolitan Ballroom and had an absolutely fantastic time. The extra money for VIP tickets was totally worth it, the vip lounge was awesome. The music was great. There was a table of old folks in the bottle service area that were dancing up a storm, and I really appreciated how this event brought people of all drinking ages together. Would definitely attend another event here without question.“

I also tried their iced mocha, it was more of a coffee than sugary drink which I am used to our americanized sugary coffee drinks which a lot of people might appreciate less sugar. It was great!“

Starting with the delicious assortment of nut breads, donuts and baked treats followed by super fresh fruits. The variety of generously filled sandwiches were a big hit including the requested gluten free bread on a few and a few veggie only sandwiches. Gourmet chicken salad sandwich on croissant was amazing. The coffee stayed hot all day and still tasted good. The variety tray of bars/cookies was delicious and that baby field green salad with honey balsamic dressing was a highlight for sure! We did their appetizers menu where we had chicken kabobs, charcuterie, and a mozzarella antipasto platter. Everyone enjoyed the food and it was very well presented. “They open shortly after 7:00 am. Lumper guys came to my truck and charged $150 for unloading. They accept Comcheck, EFS and cash. There isn’t really parking but you can stay overnight on the side of the street right before facility. I got here the night before and stayed until those guys came to me. No one else bothered me“

Management and maintenance are very friendly, and way better than my past experiences. I was even able to get immediate help the day after Thanksgiving. “Friendly staff. You can find everybody sitting on the patio outside for the summer. The location is unique to its placement, and they have art displaying the local area. Treats are on par and the staff were superb. I noticed a lot of people coming to get online orders, I didn't know that was a thing for an ice cream spot. There were more people coming to get online orders than people staying to eat ice cream and it was packed to the brim for dine in ice cream. I surprisingly enjoyed the music/playlist, it was eclectic. I grooved every song that played, I ate inside and the music gave flavor to my dine in experience. I'll be back to get more ice cream!“
