T.G.I. Friday's Reviews
Stopped here after a long day of flights. 9:30 pm on a Thursday evening. Sat at the bar for food and drinks. Food was usual TGI food. Nothing spectacular, nothing awful.
The service…….
I asked the bartender how she was doing. She replied with some grumbling. Then, ‘I’m working alone.’ Ok, not busy, shouldn’t be a problem. She then took off. Spent quite a bit of time (maybe 20 minutes) serving and chatting with two other customers. When...read full review

TGI Fridays offers great burgers and cheesecake, with generous portions at reasonable prices. The bar area is bustling, and the bartenders efficiently serve all customers. However, some customers have experienced poor service from waitstaff, with issues like missed food delivery and difficulty in getting the check. One customer mentioned that they had to flag down their server, who was often absent. The drink presentation is noted as unique and delightful. While food quality can be variable, the bacon cheeseburger is highlighted as pretty good. There are also complaints about the pretzel bites taking a long time to arrive, and there was a mix-up when they were given to someone else. On the positive side, one server was praised for her attentive service, and the manager, Robert, was recognized for his leadership, ensuring a good experience for guests. Overall, the ambiance has been described as strange at times, but the food remains a strong point.
