8:05pm on a Saturday, staying in attached hotel and won't take an order as they close in an hour.

Staying at the best western. Convenience brought me in. The restaurant was mostly empty. Servers were friendly but wow the pizza was terrible. Crust was like a cracker with absolutely zero flavor. The texture of the dough was unmistakably of a frozen origin. It was piled with so much flavorless cheese that you have to actually wait for it to slide off. Got about a slice and a half through it before I threw in the towel. A friend had the grilled chicken sandwich and said it was passable. Seeing the nice pizza oven convinced me to order. I'd definitely skip it.

I'm not from around here but when everything else closes between 7-9 you would think a restaurant that is in a hotel would stay open but not this one and I even checked on their website for hours and it said Tuesday (today) they are open till 10 (its 830) and just walked down and they were closed today and tomorrow ...

Menu is very condensed, only half the items of what is shown online. No beer on tap. Went there on a Friday night and there was only three other tables - should have been a red flag but we stayed. Food was overcooked and dry. Service wasn't bad but could have been much better. Not sure if they were closed down for a while and reopened or what

Food was dry, flavorless and overall terrible. $160 for a family of 5. 20% gratuity automatically added on very slow and bad service.

I got the mushrooms I was disappointed, I thought they were battered but they were breaded. The presentation was ugly dry and simple. I went there in search of steak bites and calamari they said they no longer have them. Just sad

Short staffed... fine I get it. Slow service... also get it. All my wife and I wanted was decent food at a fair price. We got 5 alcoholic beverages ( not top shelf) , a plate of the most terrible nachos I have ever had and a 12 inch pizza for our son. $147.00 later we are completely unsatisfied and they have the nerve to add in a 20% gratuity. We are from a small town where good food and drink are hard to come by. We are not hard to please. I wouldn't give this to my dog for $2.00. Nachos...$17.00....for chips, tomato, salsa, beef and cheese sauce. No guacamole, sour cream, olives, lettuce...or even jalapeños for God sakes. And has anyone heard of a Doble martini??...which we didn't ask for. That was $32 . ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

Excellent food, our server was extremely polite, and the place is very nicely decorated

I was looking for a new place to eat, have a beer and enjoy a football game. I found it all right here. Prices were very fair for the quantity served

Seemed like they were short on staff, but we sat at the bar and had excellent service from the bartender Chris. Food was good, only docking a star because there was no beer on tap, only bottles.

Tip for the owner: if you don't understand basic customer service, don't "help" the one guy running your front of house by yelling incorrect drinks over your shoulder. If you can't staff a restaurant, turn away customers by letting them know (politely) that the restaurant is dealing with staffing restraints and cannot service more than X number of customers. Or better yet, find a job that meets your skillset, which is clearly not running a restaurant.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus connected to the restaurant. Google said the restaurant was open, but upon arrival I noticed the restaurant was closed. Google hasn’t since updated. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the restaurant was closed.
