“I was there around 7:10 pm and noticed one of the workers was helping someone (I assume was nonverbal due to the interaction I saw) and the man working was very friendly and seemed to know how to communicate with the customer. It was the nicest thing I’ve seen this holiday season! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the workers name ?“

“Pretzels are awesome! Soft and chewy yet not overly salty! The owner and employees also have wonderful customer service skills! And Brandon went out of his way to make sure I tried cream cheese with my Pretzels and as he said it was amazing. 10 out of 10“
