The guy just said to me he doesn’t have any dought ready cause is very busy so he didn’t want me to sold me nothing even when I asked him how long he said he have no idea & he was not allowed to charge me or have me waiting. I passed by twice with a difference of 10 minutes and Andy the cashier or the only shift employe still have denied me the product repeated him self that he have no time to get it ready
Terrible customer service. There was one person working, did not acknowledge me for awhile. When she finally did, I ordered and she did not say anything else to me besides what the total was. No hello or anything.She then proceeded to give me an extremely burnt pretzel. Ate what I could, but it was so burnt you could taste it.

I stopped at Auntie Anne’s in the Minneapolis airport, F gates. I used to enjoy the pretzels. They only had 3 pretzels - almond, a burnt cinnamon sugar and a pizza one. I bought the almond one and it was a total waste of money (over $7 with tax). It was dry, like it had been under the heat lamp for too long or was over baked. Very disappointing. The person serving me was talking on the phone and wasn’t paying attention to me - the customer. Would not recommend a stop here....read full review
