I made a reservation so our party (14, only 10 showed up) was planned in advance. We were seated on time with the table ready, no issues. We waited 10-15 minutes to even place our drink orders, after 30 minutes only one had been served. At this point I got up to ask for assistance. The person serving us turned out to be the manager who was very rude and defensive stating that she had cut the patio staff and was serving us herself and that we were her only table. Enjoy Everyone
My 5 year old son had a sensory overload a few minutes after we were seated. To keep him comfortable, we decided to leave. When our waiter came back we let him know of our change of plans to which he responded quickly with an option to move to their "patio" where it is more calm and quiet. All staff involved were well equipped for this type of situation and handled it with grace and ease making us feel comfortable and welcome. And our food was delicious too!
