Food was fresh, appetizers were hot and tasty, vegetables were crisp and delicious, and the Szechuan soup base was approachable spicy- they didn't hold back on the numbing spice, thankfully. “My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!“

“My wife and I have been here many times this year and the food is always very good, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Chicken with Rice Noodles and asked for a side of Cilantro, Lime and Lettuce. The noodles and the thin sliced chicken were perfectly cooked and savory.

My wife had the Triple Delight, the whole platter was delicious, the beef was very tender while the broccoli, snow peas and other fresh vegetables were perfectly colorful and crisp.

I also loved the Vietnamese coffee:)

We would highly recommend the Pork Egg Rolls, the Pho (I had the Pho with beef, filet mignon and meatballs), and the banh mi.“

“My party was all from out of town/state, and none of us had eaten at this establishment before tonight. I don't think making reservations is necessary, but we did call ahead of time to make one. Because of this, they had our phone number. With the terrible weather, they called us to check if we were still coming. They stayed open just for us, otherwise they would've closed the restaurant early.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and gave us good explanations to our questions about different menu items. The fried rice was just okay, but the pho, banh mi, rice vermicelli bowls, and the grilled pork chop broken rice platter were all phenomenal. Their fish sauce is the best I've had at any Vietnamese restaurant. The Vietnamese egg rolls were good. Our dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented.

We hope to return when we visit Minneapolis again, and we will definitely be recommending this restaurant to our friends and family in the area!!“
