“Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.“

“This place is SO cute. The barista was kind and funny and their drinks are delicious! I will admit this place gets pretty busy so good luck finding a seat on the weekends. Also, the only parking is paid street parking nearby, just as an FYI. Very very cute coffee shop though, and I would absolutely return!“

“We purchased bagels and cream cheese for the nursing staff at M Health Fairview Pediatrics, who were taking care of our kiddo post surgery. They all raved about them! They loved the unique cream cheese flavors and variety of bagels. We were thanked several times for the delicious bagels. Highly recommend!“

“Usually good! The food itself is good and I usually order online, but the most recent time we ordered our bagel sandwiches got a little mixed up - my sandwich didn’t come with the extra turkey sausage I added and the cream cheese that was supposed to be on my husband’s sandwich was put on mine instead. We didn’t open our food until we had left though so just make sure to check I before you leave! So while this visit was like a 3 star rating, usually we have no complaints“

“I ordered 6 dozen bagels for a work event and realized I had placed the order at the incorrect time. I called the morning of to request an earlier pick up time and had the pleasure of chatting with a guy who was more than accommodating and had the bagels ready for two hours before the originally scheduled pick up time. Not only was he extremely friendly, he also carried them out to my car for me. Such great service and I'm so appreciative!“

“5 Star 5 star….5 star!!!!! My traveling partner got into this spot in the wee hours of the morning while I still slumbered. He got bagel. Then when I awoke he staggered into the room and I said let’s EAT! Hungry from dreaming I must’ve been. I said I want me a bagel and some coffee. This ol boy looks down at me (he’s tall) and I can tell he knows the place to go. We gone through the sky tunnels like mice in an enclosure. And out we pop in front of EINSTEIN BROS. Bagels & Coffee!!!! You might even call my buddy Einstein cause he’s a smart fella , wouldnt you agree? I got bagel sangwhich and we got more Cofofo. We talked about life, arthritis, having 2 babies, and (hold on my friend is yammering at about sunscreen) ok. He’s done. Anyhow he got mustard. You know where we’re off to next! Thanks bagel. Albert Einstein was a great man and his brothers make great BAGELS!!!!“

“Friendly and hard-working staff. I got a ham and swiss one egg on asiago breakfast bagel...it was good but could gave been a little hotter. Quick stop and worked great for what I needed, grabbing a quick bite while my son registered for classes. Would go again.“
