“Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.“

“We purchased bagels and cream cheese for the nursing staff at M Health Fairview Pediatrics, who were taking care of our kiddo post surgery. They all raved about them! They loved the unique cream cheese flavors and variety of bagels. We were thanked several times for the delicious bagels. Highly recommend!“

“Easily one of my favorite coffee shops in the city, and I have been to most of them! Definitely my favorite in Uptown. Great espresso and specialty drinks, and great smooth cold brew with almost zero acidity. The coffee prices are on the lower end for similar quality coffee in the cities. They do take reusable cups. The homemade poptarts really are amazing and worth coming early for. The vegan options are great, and all of their to-go packaging is compostable. The music is great and audible, and there's plenty of conversation, but nothing is so loud that it can't be silenced by noise-cancelling headphones. There is often quite a line on weekends, but the baristas are friendly, fast, and handle the crowd really well. A lot of people take their coffee to go, so you can usually find a seat even when the line's out the door. They have an all-gender restroom, a place to get water, well-stocked napkins, ample outlets, a little library, etc. Bonus points for the baristas bringing food to folks' tables -- that is never an expectation I have, but I saw it happen consistently even when they were busy. I have nothing critical to say about this place!“

“Great location, great service. I should have paid more attention to what I was ordering, it was a little saucy. I did order it skinny which took a lot of the bulk of the bagel out. These days I look for something that has a balance of greens in it.“

“The absolute best location by far. The management here knows how to actually manage a store. Bagels are rarely out. They are fresh. Consistent through the many years we have been going here. Always a disappointment when I go to other locations. In fact, we have an appointment in the cities and I am planning our directions to be able to get to this location.“

“Our experience has been completely different than some of the reviewers. We are happy to travel a few miles further to this store for better quality and service.

It hasn't always been so, but in the last number of months we've received great service at this location, along with excellent quality bagels. It may be that Management changed and for the better!

It's currently very difficult to find and retain good staff members and this store manager is present and very engaged with the employees.

“avery and zirgil were amazing and so professional they really took the time to make sure all of are customizations on build your own bagel were exactly how we wanted them and made sure that the hashbrowns we ordered if we wanted them on the side or on the sandwich and they made the sandwiches perfect. “I went to this location on the morning of October 19 and had great service. I did a mobile order which was ready quickly. When I walked in, they asked what my name was and showed me exactly where my order was. I went to the Bruegger’s Bagels in Northeast about a week and a half ago around the same time on a weekday morning. I had a very different experience. To summarize it, Einstein was much better in every way. I’m likely to come back more often due to my experience today.“

I walked in during a very busy morning rush, and despite the line being incredibly long, the exceptional welcoming energy from Sean immediately set a magnificent tone and encouraged me to stay. When I reached the counter, Christian was absolutely phenomenal. He is incredibly soft-spoken, patient, kind, and handles clients with an immaculate level of professionalism that is rare to find on the retail grid today.
