Good actually GREAT customer service. it’s clean and cool when you go inside & all the food was either a 7.5/10 or higher! Definitely would recommend I went for the first time today and will be back tomorrow lol
We stopped in to pick up some mac and cheese. The pan was about a 1/3 full, and we were willing to pay $18 for a large. The employee said she’d have to check to see if we could purchase it. We stood there confused. She came back and told us the most we could purchase was a medium because they needed to save some for their dinner orders. No apology. No nothing. I’m always down to support a Black-owned business, but I found the entire exchange distasteful so we left empty-handed....read full review
The food is really good! The fact that they can’t plan better and are always out of something is disappointing.
