Do NOT put coins on top of the paper money when giving back change! It is often times dropped on the drive-thru pavement. So extremely frustrating!
Drive through alert: ask for receipt if you need one, or you won’t get one even you pay with Starbucks App with preloaded money. This is confirmed by the store. Nothing shows up in transaction history of the Starbucks App, no receipt, no stars collected. Transaction went through because money was gone, just no trace of it. Beware!
This low rating also goes to Starbucks.com who provided NOTHING useful in customer service support.

so nice everytime i come here, today my order was made just a bit wrong and they remade it and gave me a large!! such amazing kind people!
