“I got pho Tia Nam and fried egg rolls. I really liked this place the pho Tia Nam was really good and filling and the broth tasted really good. And egg rolls were great although when you get it it’s steaming hot it still tasted amazing and It came with a sauce but which added a lot to the flavor (I recommend to try eating the egg rolls spice/hot sauce). The customer service was good I didn’t have to wait long for my food and every time I got a refill without even asking they just came at the right time. And last but not least the atmosphere was pretty good it wasn’t too noisy or quit which I like“

“Friendly customer service, and food came out hot and fast. Pho and bun rieu was good. Both broth were rich and buttery; pho broth was a little oily and bun rieu hint of crab flavor was perfect. They offered shrimp paste on the side for more umami flavor.

Spring rolls were on the sad side. Thinly slice meat and two shrimp a roll. Dipping sauce was sweet.“

“Delicious mojitos. Friendly and welcoming staff. Warm atmosphere. I was invited by one of the owners and had no idea what to expect when I arrived. Most of the reviews I’ve read mention the food but not the drinks so I will review the mojito. A little bit of background for the reader. I’ve had mojitos throughout states coast to coast ( including Florida, New York California and Georgia. Furthermore, I’ve even bartended and gone up against popular bartenders and am confident that I make the best mojitos this side of the Mississippi. Either way that being said, the mojito I had at Jasmine 26 was delicious definitely top three in the world. Now as for the atmosphere, the space was very clean, well lit and I felt safe throughout. It may not be a big deal to some people, but it was for me. Last but certainly not least, I’d like to give a huge shoutout to the staff. The service I received was the most important as I’ll remember and return to a place with mediocre product but exceptional service. I’ll also remember and never return to a place with mediocre service, no matter how exceptional the product. Fortunately, the entire staff was very friendly with their service and the mojito was the icing on the cake. All in all, i look forward to going back and enjoying a meal with them again.“

“Came to Minnesota on vacation and looked for a Vietnamese restaurant. We had two types of spring rolls and the banh mi. Both were delicious and fresh and the service was prompt and personal. Highly recommend if looking for Vietnamese food in the area!“

“🌸 A Fresh Favorite in Maple Grove! 🌸 We had such a wonderful experience today at The Lotus Restaurant in Maple Grove! As a longtime fan of their classic lime aid, it was an easy “yes” to order it again—and as always, it hit the spot. This time I tried the combo salad with beef and peanut sauce, and I was blown away. The team accommodated my request effortlessly, and the dish was both flavorful and generous in portion. I even took half home, and I’ve got to say—it was just as delicious cold as it was warm. I’m definitely ordering it again. Actually, I might be hooked! My husband went for the egg roll salad, which he absolutely loved, and my son had the yellow curried beef, which got two enthusiastic thumbs up. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by Macey, who made sure everything was perfect. She checked in on us just the right amount and made us feel truly welcome. The whole atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed—lots of happy diners, a bright and inviting space, and a vibe that’s perfect for both a family outing and date night alike. “As authentic as it gets. Older family run business that’s been around for 30 years. Owner, family and their 93 year old mom are still making some great food. Soup was really hearty which was great since many Pho places can water it down but this was great. Noodles weren’t overcooked too soft either. Lots of meat in the Pho too! Definitely recommend this place!“

“Top notch food here, it's almost a crime to add anything else into the broth of their pho. This place is a gem for sure, it's one of my favorites.. the cream cheese wontons are some of the best around town. The lighting is soft, it's usually occupied but when it's not it's definitely a vibe and the staff here is extremely hospitable and kind. Almost anything we've ever requested has been granted to us here.“
